Shamey Jays returning to Pete's Place

The Shamey Jays played at the Buddy Blue Fest, and they were awesome. We're glad to have them back playing another show at Pete's Place on June 6th. Bring your dancing shoes ladies and gentlemens.

Cinco de Mayo at Pete's Place! *updated*

 

Cinco De Mayo is tomorrow!  ¡Mañana! There are drink specials. (From 3 p.m. until Closing)

2 Domestic Beers for $5.50 or 2 Well drinks for $5.50.
2 for 5.50! 5/5 as in Cinco De Mayo.

Feel free to mix up the special too. 1 well drink(bebida) and 1 domestic beer(cerveza), both for $5.50. Not a bad deal.

Mexican Beers (Cervezas Mexicanas) $3 ! ~ Modelos, Pacificos, etc.

There will be food (comida) starting at 6 p.m.. Have a couple beers or margaritas starting at 4 p.m. and then enjoy some semi-authentic Mexican food at 6 p.m.

New Orleans news update

They are all still alive. Some of them are home by now, some of them are not. The pictures will continue as soon as sobriety sets in I'm sure. We'll see what they all have to say, and whether or not they survived unscathed!

Oh I also heard Romy Kaye was at Jazz Fest just hanging out. I can't wait to see the pics.
